Coldplay’s Chris Martin is to appear on Kanye West’s third album, titled ‘Graduation’, and scheduled to drop at the back end of 2007.

He duets with West on the track ‘Homecoming’, which is set to be the first single to be released off the album according to West.

The British singer/songwriter continues to branch out after collaborating with Jay-Z on his latest album, and Nelly in recent times (with Nelly Furtado).
