Coldplay have announced several dates throughout South America - and are are expected to debut some new material off their forthcoming album.

The band will play Santiago, Chile on February 14-16; Buenos Aires, Argentina on February 20-22; Sao Paulo, Brazil from February 26-28 and Mexico City on March 3.

In the announcement, the band said they are “keen to play some intimate shows to try out their new songs.” The downside of the choice of venues is of course tickets are lgoing to be scarce, expensive and mostly available for huge premiums on the black market. It means many of the bands fans in South America will be unable to see the fabulous foursome perform.
